iphone 3gs 3.1.3 update to ios4?
i have a couple of questions regarding the title.
1) is it possible to update to ios4 if i updated my i phone recently? meaning i have new bootrom
2) is it possible to jailbreak and unlock the i phone with windows on the ios4?
3) any news on jailbreak and unlock on 3.1.3 new bootrom?

i cannot downgrade. the new bootrom doesn’t let you. thats why i am screwed :O. but thats also why im thinking of upgrading to ios4. if any one has information on windows platform that would be great :]
