Consumer Electronics Poll: Why do people insist on spending hundreds on the latest, unproven gadget?
I thinking mainly of the iPhone 4 which has been beset by problems since it was on sale a few weeks or so ago. I do not understand, but when you spend hundreds on some something that will not necessarily work right initially? Why not wait for people a) the rush is over and b) the bugs are being developed? It is brainwashing tactics in the commercial world. No, I'm not paranoid, it's a proven fact that companies pay researchers to find out how to get in people's heads. And it works.
