Any call screening applications blacklists / on the iTunes App Store for iPhone 3G?

I need an application, similar to or MCleaner iBlacklist, but is available on the App Store, because these applications are found only on jailbroken iPhones and Cydia. I do not want to spoil my new phone, trying all sorts of jailbreaking / unlocking application. Thank you!
