I’m getting an iPhone 3G S. Can I request that AT&T installs the faster 3G in my area, since our bill=$280/m?
My entire family (four people) bought 32GB iPhone 3G S’s, and we have a 3,000 minute plan, plus 200 texts per month. Our bill is $280/month, and we live in Chesapeake, Virginia. Do you think I could request that AT&T makes Chesapeake one of the first cities to get the faster 7.2Mbps service, since we’re paying so much?
Honestly, They don’t care how much you pay if you don’t pay it someone else will. They will not spend thousands/millions of dollars working on towers just for you. Now if you can get a lot of people requesting it then you have a better chance. Mainly because they will believe that the entire town is switching over. I pay about $345.00 Monthly on Verizon Wireless because I have Unlimited minutes on 2 Phones that alone equals 200.00 then the Data plan on Each is $40.00 that equals $80.00 then the Unlimited text is $20.00 x 2 another $40.00 The fees, insurance, and other small features in all cost about another &10.00-$20.00 x 2 which is about another $20.00-$40.00. They scam people. They give you horrible respect with its customer service, dropped calls, charge you a lot of money to purchase the phones then if you want to upgrade before the 2 years you have to pay the full retail value of the phone. which is usually over $400.00.
