IPhone help please? Located at 10 points?

Hey, I had my iPhone for about two months on a contract 02 with data unlimited wifi. So today I tried to acess safari and application of new SKY without wifi, but instead the small blue circle, the lowest signal connectivity. Even if it is not as strong as 3G, it still works but the internet I get this problem can not connect to the Internet because there is no cellular connection is active. I rebooted, but still does not work. any help if you please?

Yeah use wifi 3g cos is incredibly slow unless you use Opera for browsing.
