I have had iPhone for a while and all of a sudden there are a couple lines of dead or stuck pixels. Help?

I’ve had my iPhone for about 3 months. Yesterday I noticed about 4 grey pixels that had never been there before. A couple hours later I noticed that instead of just 4 dead pixels, there were now 4 short lines of dead pixels. By the end of the night the lines got longer, so now I’ve got 4 fairly long lines of grey pixels. I had no idea what is wrong, whether these are dead or stuck pixels. I tried a program that is supposed to get stuck pixels unstuck, but it didn’t work and the lines have become slightly longer since then. Anybody have any ideas?

Just go to your local Apple store because you get 1 year warranty under AppleCare. They should be able to fix it.
