Someone stole my phone in AHI, took out my SIM card, added Me on facebook, and I want to return.?
I IAH Airport in Texas, after a long international flight. My iPhone was missing up before my next flight left, and I looked everywhere for her. Checked the lost and found, asked the airport police, but was not found. It was on July 3rd. Fast forward to tonight and the girl who found / stole my phone I was added on facebook. What a slap in face. I looked through the profile of its history back to July 3, where I found her praise on the new iPhone, it lies within the airport. She continued about how she tried to ensure that it could not be tracked with her, but she added me on facebook for a unknown reason. Do I have recourse? I know she has my phone, and now I have his phone number and name. I reported as stole the phone after I got home on July 4 if that helps. Can I go to the police? Something?
You think that would be sufficient to prove its your phone because you lost it and brag to find shes at the airport. And as there is a tracking device on the phone, you must contact AT & T and it was smart to report stolen did you do that by AT & T or did you by the police? Any so there must be something you can do to your mobile phone you sent him a message on facebook? Good luck, but yeah I def. go to the police for more answers.
