Cost of Intellectual Property Consultation lawyer?
I have a business idea that would be to buy parts from OEMs and large companies prefer not to be pursued by big companies that violate a patent or something they own. I would consult a lawyer of IP-based and I was wondering how much it would cost per hour. Also, I would like to know if I can sell the parts that I bought from an OEM Apple for example. On Amazon, I noticed that there are many vendors who sell replacement parts for iPhone and want to know if it is possible that I can join. If any of these issues can be resolved, it would greatly appreciated. Thank you for looking =)
Intellectual Property (IP) lawyers are expensive … usually well over $ 300 per hour … often more … sometimes a little more. Some have minimums, and special rights. It can really get up there. Now, of course, as sure as I just write that IP lawyer SOIMA pop-ups out there that is 150 per hour. Times are tough, so who knows. But $ 300/hour or more would be typical. Some intellectual property lawyers not to talk to anyone about anything but their hourly rate for the conversation was agreed to two, and perhaps even prepaid, but many intellectual property lawyers are no different from other lawyers in their willingness to provide an initial consultation free (usually and hour or less). Most intellectual property lawyers would then require a retainer as much as $ 3000 to $ 5000 if you and / s, it was decided to seriously make you / her your IP lawyer. Some people need $ 10,000 as a retainer. Pay an IP lawyer at this time would be possible, I suppose … but requiring a provision would be more likely. This amount, however, would be highly marketable with at least some of them … Again, things are tough right now. Who knows what might suit you. Regarding the details of what you do … I ideas, but if you go talk to a lawyer anyway, I suggest you simply get your information from it. Hope that helps.
