iPhone mail app needs to work with e-mail to the university?

I have an iPhone and go to college where we have an e-mail address provided by the school of Microsoft Outlook Web Access Microsoft Exchange Server 2003? How can I make it work with email software on your iPhone, then I use POP or IMAP and this info and where to find it? I arrived at the Benedictine University ben.edu if that info is necessary to answer this question? please help
