How do I sync my mail on my entourage iphone 3G?

I have Entourage on my Mac Mini at work so that my email is based on Microsoft Exchange Server. I can sync my calendars and contacts, but how do I get that email account on my Iphone 3G ?????

you could establish direct exchange on the iPhone, which would u e-mails and other go to settings, then mail contacts and calendars, choose Microsoft Exchange. Then simply enter your details, once entered, you will be able to get your e-mail, etc on the iphone
