Anyone know of an iPhone application to scan shopping reward cards?

Someone told me the iPhone has an application that lets you scan your cards and consumer reward cards so you do not need to carry your cars physics. Everything you need to do is pull up the application, select the map to the store that you are, and show them your scanned bar code for the body to be scanned.
