iPhone unlock help with bootloader 9.5?

hey. I got a Version 3.1.3 3G iPhone, baseband and bootloader 5.12.2001 5.09. I know he can not be unlocked for now but someone will be able to unlock it when the iPhone OS 4.0 will be released to the public? I heard the development team already found a solution, but they want to save the fight against the new OS 4.0. its that true?

They just released the unlock code now. (Please see link) I only my 3G (3.1.3 12/05/2001) and it works perfectly. Need to wait a little longer when searching for mobile network of T (about 1 minute) for the jailbreak, download the "spirit" @ http://spiritjb.com/.
