Best online stock brokerage?

I tried to transfer my stock fund, I am currently an advisor Fargo well and I just wind up a little over $ 10,000 in stocks. Scottrade is one of the best. Their commissions are just $ 7 per transaction for a number of actions. The other, following closely, I think is Zecco.com. Their fees are $ 4.50 per operation.
