Iphone water damage help?
This past weekend, I dropped my iphone in a cup of water. After drying with a towel I realized he was still working. But I was afraid it would stop so I left alone came to herself about an hour later and realized my home screen was flashing .. and then the screen is dimmer and dimmer .. and then it goes blank (black). I could receive calls, even click on some applications, unlock it, put on vibrate, but the screen is empty. So I put it aside for a day, off .. The next day I turn it on and the screen is blank. I loaded. The screen returns but instead of Sun, its really light faded. Then, after he became white again …. Any other suggestions of buying a new one? And yes, I realize that this is not under warranty because of water damage. But I was hopin to get new ideas or whatever. Thank you
1) find some sort of glass container [CLEAR] or bowl that the iPhone can fit inside of 2) return the iphone over (back up, Otherways this method could damage the LCD screen), and place on a flat surface (a table, or something like that, no carpet). 3) place the container on top of the iphone 4) take the strongest light source you can find (we could even do it outdoors if its really good), and put it against the container (this will create a lot of heat in the container to evaporate the water) 4) wait a bit, and you should see that there is water on top of the container, which means his work. DO NOT CONTINUE OR NIGHT FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME. if you do this, the iPhone will be too hot, and it will warp the circuit Council 5) once you think its done, go back and look at the iPhone screen. if foggy, so there is still water in there, and you should continue. 6) once it is done, the Iphone to cool to ambient naturally (do not put it in the freezer or something like that (even if a fan would probably be good) 7) you may have to reload the battery to connect it to your computer (a wall charger with the universal dock seamed to be better for me though), and let it charge a little. Hopefully, this should be able to solve all your problems.
