My iphone won’t charge?
I just got my ipone on christmas and everything was fine until i relized the battery was low so i went to charge it and nothing. i tried using the wall charger, ihome dock, and my computer with itunes. nothing is working. and it will let me slide to unlock then it asks me for my passcode and wont type in anything. it also will not shut off. please help!
If the above answer does not work, it might be that you have a bad phone. You should then consider exchanging the phone. Maybe call technical or apple support for help.
